Her name is Valerie Vaughn ans she is also Jojos mom. But girl I have been trying to find out what happened with his first wife because the kids act like Justine is their real mother. Also on a episode of Runs house the 3 kids went to their real moms house because Valerie has at least 2 younger children, and it was one of the kids birthdays and you could clearly tell Valerie was not living like the Simmons family, if you know what I mean.
