What is the difference in recoil between the Beretta Xtrema2 and the Teknys Gold and other AL391 Shotguns?
I am looking at purchasing a new semi-auto shotgun for skeet and dove. I am extremely interested in the Xtrema2 because of its non-existant recoil and rapid rate of fire. My question is…what is the difference between that shotgun and the other AL391′s such as the Teknys Gold? Will I still get the same quality recoil reduction and rate of fire? Thanks!
Some of my friends had the Extrema2, which got me interested in autoloading shotguns unfortunately, lol.
Since my friends had all Beretta’s, I went in search of another gun. I finally found one, the Winchester Super X3 (Commonly called the Winchester SX3) The SX3 was way much better than the Extrema 2 all over. Much less recoil, way better handling, and it swung a heck of a lot better too.
The Extrema 2 weighs 7 pounds 8 ounces. My SX3 weighs only 6 pounds 6 ounces. Thats a pound and 2 ounce difference! In the field it made a really BIG difference.
