Have you tried a Beretta Model U22 Neos pistol?
We have had a Beretta Model U22 Neos 22 automatic with a 6″ barrel. http://www.berettausa.com/products/u22-neos/ I use it 3-4 times a year for practice. My husband uses it about 12-14 times per year. We are considering the “carbine kit” for ithttp://www.berettausa.com/products/u22-neos-carbine-kit/.
Any experiences with this product? We like the pistol. Very accurate, even at 25 yards. We think we will like it as a carbine too.
I have a U22 with the shorter barrel, and think it’s a great gun. It is somewhat picky about ammo brands, but with the right stuff it works fine, and is very accurate.
Most places, the carbine kit costs more than the pistol did! It would be nice to have, but they are pushing $300 where I’ve seen them. Maybe after I have a garage sale…
