What is the California law regarding rifles?
I want to buy a 9mm Beretta Cx4 Storm. As you may know, this rifle can use magazines from a Beretta 92fs. But, doesn’t the CA law say that rifles can only have a 10 round magazine? The 92fs mags will hold 15. Also, I am 20 years old, I can buy this rifle right?
Nope. Over ten round detachable magazine+Pistol Grip= not CA legal. If you decide to become a cop, thats a different story. But as a regular civilian you are stuck. Maybe a 10/22 rinfire with a aftermarket stock for the look you like…..
