Coyote/Fox/Bobcat rifle help?
Well I have purchased my 7mm Ultra Mag rem. for deer hunting , and figured it would be a little rough on my animals when doing some predator calling…haha. So now I am in need of a GOOD predator gun, I have a .243 but am looking for something that has distance, speed, and knock-down power with out blowing a huge hole in my animal because I sell their fur. I have limited it down to 3 calibers. A 22-250, .204, and .220 swift, what would you suggest? Keep in mind though I want Speed, Distance, and Knock-down power. All answers are very much aprreciated.

All three calibers are great for coyote hunting. However I personally think these calibers are to much for fox. I’ve seen first hand what the .204 does to a fox at about 150 yards. If you want to save the pelts, you’re better off with a smaller caliber. The .204 will split the fox in half, leaving little of the fur behind. Something like the 17HMR or .22WMR would do the job fine on fox. But lack the long range shooting. Those two calibers are okay with coyote, if you can call the coyote within 100 yards or so.
I have not hunted Bobcat, so I can not offer any input about which caliber is best.
Out of the three calibers you mentioned. I would, no doubt pick the .22-250. I hunt coyote with a Savage Model 12 FLV .22-250. It has great range and plenty of knock down power, with a well placed shot. Family and friends hunt coyote with .22-250′s,.204′s,.220 Swift and .308. Fox with .17HMR.
