Bushnell Sportsman 4-12×40?
would a bushnell 4-12×40 be suitable to put on my remington 30-06
Bushnells are good scopes. However, for every 1x of magnification you get in a scope, your brightness dims proportionately. Thus, high magnification scopes need larger light gathering receptacles. For 12x magnification, I would want around 50mm on the front end.
