im thinking of buying a bushnell yardage pro gps unit, does anybody have a review on this product?
can anybody recommend a user friendly golf gps
In my experience, all GPS I’ve used are not all that accurate. I’ve directly compared lasers vs. gps, and the GPS was off by as much as 7 yards at times. Other times it would be right on (most lasers are accurate to +/- 1 yard).
7 yards is not acceptable in my book. I can pace off yardage from markers closer than that. The ONLY advantage GPS has to laser is when your target is obstructed, but that rarely happens, and when it does you usually can move a few yards to the side of your ball to get a clear view.
