Gerber juice – Do we need to dilute them?
I got one apple+prune juice as many ladies in this forum only suggested me that for constipation of baby. i know we should dilute juice with water by takin 1:4. but do we need to dilute Gerber’s baby juice also or they are alredy diluted? I had seen all the baby juice of gerber are made from concentrate and have all preservatives. I was looking for something natural. Does anyone have any idea about any other brand?
We dilute the Gerber juices: equal parts juice and water. Our son’s pediatrician told us to dilute his juice, and so that’s what we’ve done since the beginning. He doesn’t drink any juice that has added sugar, but fruits have sugar to begin with, and so diluting it, I think, is a very good idea.
