Need suggestions for finger foods for a 9 month old?
My 9 month seems to only want to feed herself finger foods these days, she’s not interested in being spoon fed as much. She has only her two bottom teeth.
I’ve been giving her piece of cheese and those gerber graduate puffs, any other ideas?

Nilla wafers, those Gerber graduate weinies and the cut carrots and green beans. Canned sliced carrots, they are soft enough to mush but can easily be picked up with the fingers. My daughter is ten months and we are going through the same thing. She wants to eat what we eat, so I have starting giving her a little rice and baked potato, baked sweet potatoe. I have also put her on Next Steps Enfamil with Lipil, so that I feel comfortable that she is still getting all the nutrition she needs. Oh, It may sound bad, but I let her chew on red Twizzlers and Beef Jerky when she is teething, it rubs her gums and it is easy for her to handle, while I make sure she doesn’t break off any pieces. It can get messy though. She loves it.
