Gerber LiquiLytes?

Has anybody used these? And if so, would they be safe for my 5 month old, he has diahhrea and is vomiting due to stomach flu and I want to make sure he is hydrated. He can’t keep much formula or breastmilk down
I can’t afford PediaLyte
Tory, it’s either diapers or PediaLyte. I’m going through a rough financial time right now. The LiquiLytes were on sale for $2.50. So yes, PediaLyte is too expensive for me right now. It’s $6.24 at Walmart.

I used the Gerber Liquilytes for my son and they worked great for him. My son was 3 months old and hospitalized for Croop (it was awful!) and that was what the pediatricians used and reccommended! I did water it down just a bit because he was so little but it won’t hurt them. My son also had the dhiareah and just in case you have a similiar situation… Watch his BM’s and try to make sure his little bottom doesn’t get scalded (my son’s did )! Also because my son had so much diahreah I had to take him back to the doctor to get a prescription for a culture to help solidify his poop back to normal. So if you notice your little one is feeling better and eating better but still has a bad case of diahreah, take him back to the doctor and let them know! My son is 3 now and every once in awhile he still has to have a bit of the culture stuff. Hope this helps!
