What would you consider a full meal of table food for an 11 month old?

My 11 month old daughter decided she no longer wants to eat baby food! She would spit it back at me and just turn her head. She is great with picking up her own food and feeding herself. Is it time for table food all the time? Right now I have just been feeding her plain boiled chicken, mashed potatoes (no butter), egg yolks mixed with formula and cooked soft, any kind of soft fruit, any kind of soft cooked veggies, arrowroot cookies, zwieback toast by Gerber Graduates, puffs by Gerber Graduates, wheat bread, cooked wheat pasta etc……..What combination would you consider a full meal? I just want to make sure she getting enough nutrition and has a balanced diet! I do still feed her baby oatmeal or rice cereal and sneak a few bites in during each meal. She also has 3-4 8 oz bottles a day.
oh I feed her cheese as well.

I have a 5 month old who doesn’t even eat jar food. I puree her food (carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, etc). I don’t believe jar food is a necessity.

She will let you know when she has had enough by loosing her attention and not wanting to finish it. I would only be giving a couple bottles a day at this point. I know a 5 month old is supposed to have at most, 36-40 ounces a day. Over time, you are supposed to cut down on formula and give more real food to them.

Sounds like you are feeding her the right things. She should be eating a well balanced meal just like adults. So, give her what you are eating except much less (a couple small pieces of chicken with some veggies, etc).
