How many hunters are killed each year?
Does anyone know how many hunters are killed or injured while hunting each year? Are there any official statistics on this, or would it be all a very rough estimate? I know that Moose and other various types of Deer are considered to be most dangerous, as far as attacks on humans go.
On Man VS Wild, Bear Grylls was saying that it isn’t rare for bear hunters to wind up being the hunted rather than the hunter because of how they sneak around.
I read some were that more hunters die of heat attack than accidental shootings.
