moultrie d55ir deer camera help?
Ok, so my parents got this deer cam and we had it in the woods for a week or so, took it out today, hooked it up to the computer and it says unrecognizable device? I took the chip out and put it in our digital camera and it showed my parents trying to put it together, a pic of our living room and then like 4 more pics that said unrecognizable format.. Why did it do this? I have another camera that im charging now and im gonna try to put the chip in it (cause im thinking it might just be the camera).
I also had my friend take the computer, wipe everything off of it (due to viruses) and put software back on it. After it wouldnt play my sims game.. But still, why would the deer cam take some pics and show them and take other pics and not show them?

I had a friend that had the same problem with the same camera. He had to purchase a different chip to enable it to be shown on his computer. You might want to find out which one is compatible for your computer.
