How do you realign binoculars?

i have 3 sets of binoculars
one 7X50 372ft at 1000yrds
one 7X35 474ft at 1000yrds
(both the same OMEGA brand no production date )
and one simmons 8×21 372ft at 1000 yrds
when i look through them i see two different things its kinda the same picture but it dosnt overlap like it is supposed to how do i fix this?
and does anyone know of any other good binoculars that wont have this problem and are really powerful and easy to use?
they are really old like i got them from my grandmother 3 years ago and she had them for over 15 years so i dont have the instructions
and its not just me its everyone who looks through them
