Cub Scouts? Bobcat?
What is the age thing for Bobcats? Or Is It any age? So they can start even before Tiger Scouts?

Any Cub Scout from Tiger to WEBELOS Scout will earn the Bobcat badge before earning any other badges. This is a change from two years ago, when Tigers were not required to earn the Bobcat badge. If you can get your son to memorize the requirements, he will be ahead of the group. I would recommend that he wait and work on it with his peers.
