What is the cheapest/easiest way to make a tree stand seat!?

please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! making a ladder stand for an SAE project and need to now how to construct the easiest seat cushion!

some hardware stores sell round cut plywood, not cheap though. about twelve bucks for a twelve inch diameter at orchard supply and hardware. then at a craft store buy a round cut piece of foam rubber and some spray on project glue. use whatever material you want. spray the glue on the wood and put the foam on it. then spray very little on the fabric and put it on the foam. then turn it over and using a heavy duty staple gun staple one inch apart all the way around
