Explain why you agree or disagree with the Supreme Court’s decision in the Zelman v. Simmons-Harris case?
Just as was lay-ed out in the case, some schools were deemed failures. I think every parent wants their children to have the best education possible (I know I do) This gives parents the option to choose different schools. The money does not go directly to the schools, instead to the parents so they have the ability to choose different schools. It isn’t restricted to one class of people, it is available to everyone.
I personally think this is a wonderful idea. If we had this option here I would gladly take my kids out of the sh*t hole they have to go to now. It would be great to be given options.
